I’m Reflexology with Ruth. I’m also known as SoundBathSOMD. I offer Reflexology, Acupressure, and Sound Healing. My main business location is SaltRoomSOMD at Shephard’s Old Field Market in Leonardtown MD.
I’ve been on a healing & learning path for the past 20 years, and I’m still actively learning. I’ve tried some unique things along this journey and I love to share my experiences. I’m passionate about finding ways to simplify the healing process for each to become their own healer. I aim to embrace with Joy the life in front of me and inspire others to do the same.
I also see clients in a special healing space I've created in my home. This experience features a thermal therapy mat, sound healing and reflexology. I offer Crystal Bowl Sound Bath experiences regularly in Calvert and St Mary’s County.
